3) Quotes & orders

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A contract forms when you approve our proposal in writing (email/e-signature/PO) and, if required, pay the stated deposit.
  • Lead times are estimates and may change due to permits, parts availability, site access, code inspections, or force majeure.

4) Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate site information, safe access, required utilities (e.g., power/lighting), and any building permits/approvals not explicitly handled by us. Ensure the site complies with safety regulations for our technicians.

5) Code compliance & inspections

We follow applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME A17.1 2019 & A17.3 2020, ADA, NFPA, and Nevada NAC/NRS as applicable). Final approvals may require third-party or authority inspections beyond our control.

6) Warranties (summary)

  • New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and our workmanship warranty as stated in the proposal.
  • Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or lack of maintenance are excluded. Full warranty terms appear in your service agreement.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, downtime), except where prohibited by law.

8) Emergency services

We aim for prompt response (24/7 where offered), but response times are not guaranteed and depend on technician availability, location, traffic, and safety conditions.

9) Payments, cancellations & changes

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final invoice) are specified in the proposal. You may cancel or reschedule as stated in that document; charges may apply for materials ordered or labor scheduled.

10) Intellectual property

Website content, logos, text, images, and downloadable materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission. We may (with your consent) reference completed projects in our portfolio.

11) Prohibited uses
